So last night, I went shopping for my Valentine’s Day outfit. Unfortunately for me, the shoes I wanted weren’t at ANY STORE in my size. Which is ironic because these shoes are literally everywhere right now. Alas, I settled on a different pair but while running from store to store trying on clothing, something happened and I decided I wanted to blog about it because it’s kind of important!

Ladies, when you’re shopping and running around back and forth in the mall, you start to sweat and then you go around trying on clothing that people are going to be buying. Don’t be embarrassed, everyone sweats! The only problem with deodorant is that it’s possible to leave marks on the clothing you’re trying especially if it’s black! Now depending on the amount of time you wear the shirt in the dressing room (say you’re trying on skirts and leave that shirt on to pair it with them) you’re going to leave a smell on the shirt.
n
So how do we avoid doing this out of common courtesy for others? Ironically like I said using deodorant is actually bad for you! It releases toxins into your body so while looking for something to do about it, I ran across a home remedies list for body odor that gives ways to eliminate B.O. without using deodorant (although, I recommend you probably should still wear it… if you have been) and I won’t lie, I’m not a deodorant fan. I felt bad about that until one day I heard Kate Hudson doing an interview about Fool’s Gold and she told them that Matthew M doesn’t wear deodorant and he showers if he starts to smell. Amazing, made me feel so incredibly normal and now I just remember that every time. Everyone is different and not everyone even smells! It’s amazing lol.

Some of the natural ways you can get rid of B.O. include:
n
Bathing with Rose Water
n
Apple Cider Vinegar
n
Baking soda
n
Baby powder
n
The list goes on and on! You can even drink different teas on a daily basis to eliminate B.O. you can read the full list here: http://www.natural-homeremedies.com/homeremedies_body_odor.htm

Which one do you think would be most effective? I think I’m going to try bathing with Rose water because it says it eliminates the odor completely! Does anyone have any home remedies for getting rid of B.O. the natural way? Which one of these would you try?
