Biography

Rose Pendleton’s acting career began at a young age in theatrical performances. Her first on-camera role was for a PBS commercial promoting a Showboat Musical Performance in 1999. Later that same year she was given the option of creating a short film for a book report and with the help of her family created The Case of Missing Bulldog Head based on a Wishbone series book. The following year she received a camcorder as a gift from her grandmother and began making her own productions with friends and family for the next several years. By the time she was 13 years old, she was chosen to model in a runway show for her school’s dress code in their auditorium in front of her entire school. The following year she went out to Hollywood, CA for her first photoshoot and began looking for agents, enrolled in acting classes, and began auditioning at casting calls. During her senior portraits session, the photographer, a previous headshot photographer, gave her modeling advice and turned the session into a portfolio shoot. Later when the yearbooks came out, he had used her photo in an advertisement printed in every yearbook in the Southern California area. Her yearbook was signed by teachers and students alike saying “see you on the big screen” wishing her luck in Hollywood. By that summer in 2005, she finally turned 18 years old giving her full control and went full force with her auditions. That same year she signed onto several feature film productions including Zombies Ate My Prom Date. As her career went on, she began doing modeling and started modeling and in 2007, she landed a weekly job for a website named Cutesy Shoes / Cutesy Girl as their product model. It was at this time that she began going by the stage name Emma Rose Evans. She began blogging at Buzznet.com posting her photoshoots and acting roles. Her MySpace page grew to over 25,000 friends.

She has participated in Los Angeles Fashion Week events, as both a fashion designer with her former clothing brand, I’m A Jerk Industries, as well as a runway model for several designers at multiple events over the years.
